Description:
Explosion proof control stations combined components to provide a variety of functions which are:
Used in conjunction with magnetic starters or contactors for remote control of motors and other electrical apparatus
For use in petroleum refineries, chemical, petrochemical; grain processing and storage; heavy industrial applications where Class I, II, or III hazards are present
Features:
Factory sealed enclosures are used:
To prevent arcing of enclosed device from causing ignition of a hazardous atmosphere external to the enclosure
In conjunction with magnetic starters or contactors for remote control of motors
Manual motor starters are used:
For manual starting of small AC/DC motors
To provide manual starting and stopping and motor running protection
Application:
1. Can be used in hazardous areas: Zone 1 and Zone 2 .
2. Can be used in explosive gas atmospheres of Category IIA and II B IIC where the temperature classification is T6.
3. Two type of Ex d(IIB) and complex(IIC).
4. Flammable dust atmosphere.
5. Widely using in the fields of oil, chemical industry , spaceflight ,war industry and so on.
